I enjoy all of the conversations that I have with the photographers that come on the show. Justin Snead has been a name I’ve been watching for some time now. His ability to capture the violence of weather in a beautiful way truly astonishes me. It’s not easy to capture paradox in a photograph.

Paradox is one of the major topics that Justin and I discuss in this episode. As humans, we are not wired to be able to decipher multiple emotions at once. However, in our discussion, Justin describes what it’s like watching a paradox event play out right in front of his eyes while he watches storms.

Not only that, but Justin also seamlessly explains why photography means so much to him and why he has chosen it many times over. I’m willing to bet you’ll understand his reason.
